Apoquindo 4700, Office 1205, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Law 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law 21.096, which enshrines personal data protection as a constitutional guarantee.

As a real estate crowdlending platform, we process data linked to the investment activity of our users, which entails a level of responsibility commensurate with the sensitivity of such information.

2. Data We Collect

In the context of our real estate crowdlending services, we collect the following categories of data:

Identification data: full name, RUT, date of birth, nationality. Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address. Financial data: banking information for investment management and returns. Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration. Investment data: amounts invested, selected projects, transaction history.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to manage your account and verify your identity in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, process your investments in real estate projects and distribute the corresponding returns, send you communications about the status of your investments and new opportunities, improve the platform experience through usage analysis, and comply with regulatory obligations before the CMF and other supervisory entities.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on the execution of the service agreement between you and Vexnulo SpA, compliance with legal obligations (CMF regulations, anti-money laundering, Law 19.913), your express consent for commercial communications and non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the platform.

5. Data Sharing

Your personal data may be shared with financial institutions participating in investment projects, external auditors in the framework of regulatory verifications, technology service providers operating under confidentiality agreements, and regulatory authorities when required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or market your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your relationship with Vexnulo SpA and for an additional period of five years after the completion of your last investment, in accordance with the applicable accounting and regulatory obligations in Chile. Browsing data is retained for a maximum of twelve months.

7. Your Rights

Under Chilean law, you have the right to access your personal data and request a copy thereof, rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, request the deletion of your data when no longer necessary for the original purpose, object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances, and request the portability of your data to another platform.

8. Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational measures proportional to the level of risk associated with the processing of financial data, including TLS 1.3 encryption for all communications, encrypted storage of sensitive data, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring of suspicious activity, and periodic security audits conducted by independent third parties.
